Terms and Conditions

Payment for Services:

Payment is to be made by either Cash at the commencement of the lesson in Warracknabeal. When lessons and or tests are conducted in a location outside of Warracknabeal, payment is to be made in advance by cash or direct deposit – bank account details to be provided. If you require to withdraw money from an ATM I must be informed prior to the commencement of the driving lesson; please note that time to drive and collect money from ATM will be included in your lesson time.  I do ask that customers have correct change if possible.  A receipt will be provided at the end of your lesson for all monies paid.

The preferred method of payment is by direct deposit – bank account details to be provided.

 

Cancellation of Lessons:

At least 24 hours notice must be provided if a lesson is to be cancelled. If 24 hours notice has not been provided, a cancellation fee may apply which will be equivalent to the value of the lesson cancelled.  Payment of cancellation fees must be paid prior to your driving test day, instalments will be accepted by arrangement only. If lesson or drive test fee has been paid in advance and cancellation or no show has been made, then payment is forfeited and a refund will not be made.  

Cancellations can be made via SMS, voicemail message on mobile no. 0438014735, or email.

 If a confirmation of your cancellation is not received, you must try to contact me again.

 

Lesson rescheduling:

If a lesson is to be rescheduled or a longer or shorter lesson is required, 24 hours notice is required without incurring a charge.  Last minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee. If a lesson has been reduced at your request, the lesson will be charged at the original time/amount scheduled.

 

Pick up and Drop off arrangements:

Pick up and drop off locations will be arranged at time of scheduling your appointment.  If amendments are made by you, at least 24 hours notice is required, or advise me ASAP.  Dependent upon my arranged appointments for the day, late notice may result in your lesson being cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.  If a drop off location is to change, this will be subject to my next lesson and I may have to adjust your driving time to ensure arriving at my next lesson on time.

 

Cancellation of a Driving Lesson by me:

If a driving lesson is cancelled by me, please do not worry, I will reschedule ASAP.

 

I will do everything in my power to arrive to a schedule lesson on time, however I do ask that you give me a buffer of 15 minutes.  I will contact you if I will be running more than 15 minutes late.  If you cannot make the scheduled lesson due to me running late I will reschedule at no extra charge.
